BRAND STANDARDS
Expand brand presence innovatively.
Excelerate Capital is a full-service mortgage company that distinguishes itself as an INNOVATOR in the Non-QM mortgage space. With an established brand guidelines provided by EatSleepWork the key direction was expanding the brands recognition in the Non-QM mortgage space. The main squeeze was to create captivating marketing (internal and external) through various mediums: tradeshow's, merchandising, podcast, advertising, networks, social media, signage, and etcetera.
The Print Collateral.
The classic 8.5x11 letter size, an old faithful communicator for wholesale and retail divisions to manually exchange product information or promotions. These print demands are standard across broker gatherings and meetups.
The Motion Graphics.
The mortgage market can be a volatile sphere. Product changes were at a constant shift and when the pandemic hit, changes were inevitable. This Investor program was a big product being added to market and the concept behind it was to create excitement and hype.
The Social Media.
A range of content categories were used throughout social media platforms. These were used for holiday events, hiring, and informative carousels.
Company Swag.
The idea was to get company culture excited. Awesome, creative gifts, on the other hand, lead to good vibes and gratitude.
Murals and ENV Graphics.
The year of 2020, Excelerate Capital experienced tremendous growth and expanded their operations onto a new floor. The goal was to create a fun and interactive flow through out the floor.
