Expand brand presence innovatively.
Excelerate Capital:
A full-service mortgage company that distinguishes itself as an innovator in the Non-QM mortgage space. The main squeeze was to create captivating marketing (internal and external) through various mediums: trade show's, merchandising, podcast, advertising, networks, social media, signage, and etcetera.

Challenge:
Excelerate Capital wanted to expand recognition within the Non-QM mortgage market while maintaining brand consistency across rapidly growing marketing channels.

Strategy:
Create a scalable visual system that could support print, digital, events, social media, recruiting, and internal culture initiatives.

The Motion Graphics.
The mortgage market can be a volatile sphere. Product changes were at a constant shift and when the pandemic hit, changes were inevitable. This Investor program was a big product being added to market and the concept behind it was to create excitement and hype.
The Social Media.
A range of content categories were used throughout social media platforms. These were used for holiday events, hiring, and informative carousels.
Company Swag.
The idea was to get company culture excited. Awesome, creative gifts, on the other hand, lead to good vibes and gratitude.
Murals and ENV Graphics.
The year of 2020, Excelerate Capital experienced tremendous growth and expanded their operations onto a new floor. The goal was to create a fun and interactive flow through out the floor. 
Impact:
During my time at Excelerate Capital, the company experienced significant growth within the Non-QM lending space. My role focused on creating scalable marketing and brand assets that supported this expansion across digital campaigns, sales presentations, corporate events, internal communications, and social media. By maintaining a cohesive visual identity across multiple touchpoints, I helped strengthen company culture and support the company's evolving marketing efforts.
